- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay below everyone else but that's not always the case but I do the best quality work a guarantee my work , time frame depends on the job but if something happens because of the installation then I come fix it for free but I've never had that happen so far and I have a service charge for first hour after that it goes down to standard rate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and let the customer tell me or show me exactly what they want and I'll give them some ideas I have from similar jobs I've done and make sure they get the best possible outcome
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had hands on training and have taken many courses since I started this type of work in 2002 I have HVAC licence epa certified gas certified electrical certified plumbing certified also certified to work on ice makers and refrigeration I have done fire and water restoration on homes there really isn't much I haven't done over the past 25 years I've always been good at fixing things and I love what I do
