FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount to any active duty, retired, or any veteran that served this country. It's very important to me that I do my part to share my gratitude for all my brothers and sisters sacrifices to this nation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out to look at what the client is looking for, I provide my best professional advice and input on what I would do to make it happen, and I send a detailed estimate to show transparency and show exactly what the client is paying for. I don't do flat rate pricing or generic line items that hide their rates like most shops do these days. Every home is different and should be treated as such. And my clients deserve to have full honesty and transparency as I have nothing to hide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Spent 4 years as an active duty Construction Electrician in the Navy. Then spent 5 years working the greater Seattle and San Francisco areas. California is ranked 3rd and Washington ranked 2nd for national standards of electrical. Montana is ranked 23rd. I've been trained in the strictest areas in the country and I'm back in my hometown to raise Montana's standards to the Gold standard.
