- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are proud to offer a simple, affordable and predictable billing method. Instead of using the billable hour like most law firms, we use flat rate billing. Flat rate billing is a fee-for-service method that allows you to know exactly what your legal fees will be before you hire us.* Much like ordering off of a menu, you will choose the specific defined service and the corresponding flat rate that best suits your needs. Once you sign our representation agreement and pay us the flat rate fee, we will begin work on your case. *Inquire about our 10% discount on flat fees for Military and Veterans.
