"Sales" Staff was helpful, informative, and honest (as opposed to another company we consulted), price was comparable (actually cheaper than one) of the other companies from which we solicited bids. Survey and Installation Crew were knowledgeable, did what they said they were going to do when the said they were going to do it, and were careful with our home and property, and support team has helped when needed.We are churnin (kWh) and burnin (daylight)!

IPS installed my system last fall, and it has been working great. Had one issue where the system quit working due to a breaker failure in the meter main but that was repaired within a reasonable amount of time, and everything has been operating smoothly ever since.

I moved into a house with solar power last year at a very busy time in my life. Managing the solar was not a priority. After several months of ignoring it I received a message from Dustin, from Independent Power, saying he noticed that I never transferred the account/ownership to myself. He told me the steps, and when we realized the solar control box was broken and couldnt connect to my internet, he started the warranty process for me and helped me to get the repairs covered. He was always very helpful and available, usually corresponding by text. I feel lucky that this is the company managing my solar. It has small town, family vibes. 10/10 recommend.
