- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several packages to meet your needs and is better to talk over the phone or email so we get the right package for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically converse with them over the phone or email to set things up. If they want to meet in person we will do that as well. I will do their session based on their schedule and then edit the pictures in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking pictures since I was in 6th grade. I have taken online training and keep taking online classes to better my photography.
