Bill was friendly, professional, prompt and provided excellent service. I hired him for a plumbing repair: a leaky shower and broken pipes under a sink. The repair was completed quickly, despite multiple trips to the home improvement store for parts, and for a very reasonable price. He made sure we were completely satisfied with the job. I would absolutely hire him again.
