What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone with an interest in your niche. If you do xyz niche and the person doesn't like xyz, then they won't already know the basics of your niche information. The person will have to learn the basics and do more research to get it right. An example would be people who don't like dogs won't be able to tell the difference between breeds and products, which makes the client do a lot of clarifying when they have someone setup, manage, and/or market their businesses.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Even someone without 5+ years of experience can do an excellent job with your social media. Online courses from someone doing the job is just as good or better than a college classroom without experience. Experience and where it comes from is more important than degrees.
