Introduction: I offer yoga for the entire family!
I am a teacher certified in 2003 from 7 Centers in Sedona, AZ. My style has evolved from its Iyengar base, since that time to more of a combination of styles.
Every class is different, with the knowledge that all things are ever changing. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8:30 and Wednesday evening at 6:00. Private classes are available.
