Mauricio is very dedicated to help individuals obtain their fitness goals. He motivates and inspires individuals to push themselves and to take up new challenges such as performing in a phyque show or beach body contest.

My experience with this trainer was exceptional! He is very encouraging, he gives you information on what you need and works on that physically (then you see results).
He even goes as far as giving you a diet plan that works!
He helped bring out muscles that I never saw! He had all the answer to my questions and then referred me to the source to read/review it for myself for my own gratification and it revealed he was correct.
He is super wonderful for your ego and shows you in the mirror and video of what he compliments you on (which proves he’s not blowing smoke).
His price is very reasonable and my wife & I are very satisfied.

If someone had the patience time and dedication to get me started and going on a 4 year journey of transformation injury free Mauricio is it understood concerns my fears and reality of being 335 and turned my I can’t I’m scared I won't to will will try I will Do I can If you put your heart and soul and confidence in his hands best results in 4 years won’t regreat and still continue found a new passion and lifestyle no regrets.
