- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will be pleased that all of our prices are flat rates. No matter how long the service call takes, you will pay the same price. No surprises. Sometimes a diagnostic fee is required if the diagnosis requires any extensive labor. This is rare and you will be notified prior to our arrival. Military and Senior citizens discounts where applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will receive an estimate from us and then we will initiate a phone call to gain the best possible description of the problem and to ensure we're on the same page. Several dates and times will be offered and you'll be scheduled during our first call. Upon arrival the job will be inspected prior to work to confirm both the problem and the cost. The estimate will be written up and you will be able to authorize the work with a signature. Upon completion of the work, your technician will show you the repairs or installation and explain any necessary information. If satisfied with the work, your technician will accept payment and leave you with a receipt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22 years of personal experience in plumbing repair, plumbing installation and years of technical training combined with with 5 years of training technicians will provide you with a wide range of skill sets and perspectives.
