I could not be happier with the work International Concrete did for me. I received a few quotes before getting a new patio installed and International Concrete gave me a very competitive quote without haggling the price. Showed up early, very friendly and professional. Patio was installed quickly, quietly and with great detail to match finish of existing concrete. When project was done it was quickly cleaned up and left with a beautiful new patio. HIGHLY recommend and will use for any future concrete needs!

First let me say that the concrete work that Mohamed did was looks fine. He was pleasant to work with until the end of the job. This job which consisted of a new stamped pool deck with fire pit and a new driveway with brick turn around pad and brick edging. We discussed at length how this would be done and he had no concerns that he could do this. His estimate was the middle bid that we received. He assured us that he would be finished in 2-3 weeks unless he had weather delays. The first week he only worked 2 1/2 days because of "rain" even though it was not raining one of those days at my house. There were several days he just didn't show up and the sun was shining the entire day. He kept asking for more money because his bills were adding up and I agreed to give him an additional $3000.00 for the concrete and bricks because I wanted him to finish this job. I also spent $1000.00 out of my own pocket for supplies. He was supposed to put the gutter drains under the concrete but we were only able to locate the end of one of the drains-the others were concreted over. He promised that he would locate these drains but never did. Our landscaper will have to cut them off and drain them over the driveway after all. He delayed for a week doing the brick work because he said his brick mason cost too much and he was looking for someone cheaper. He finally did hire someone to do the brick pad and edges to the driveway but has yet to pay him for his work. I ended up paying for the pavers because the brickmason had charged them to his own account and I didn't want him to be out that money. He did a very nice job on the brickwork and was very professional. Mohamed agreed that if I paid the mason the remainder of the money I owed him (Mohamed), then he would pay the mason the balance of what he owed him. The mason then agreed to finish the job but Mohamed has yet to pay him any money and won't answer his calls. Mohamed didn't clean up at all after his work. He came one day to clean but said he just didn't have time and he would pay my landscaper $200 to clean up this huge pile of concrete, debris, packaging, buckets, boards, etc but he has yet to pay that either. He also broke my cable line and underground lighting while clearing an area and did not offer to pay for this repair. All of this occurred weeks ago and I have been trying to get him to come back to settle up with the mason and me but he won't answer my calls and when he did respond and say he was coming, he never showed up or called to let me know he wasn't coming. It has been almost 2 months since he started this job. I am very disappointed in his unprofessional and rude behavior. My husband and I will be consulting an attorney and taking legal action to attempt to recover the money that he owes us.
