Tom of Sweetwater Plumbing replied very quickly to our service request for a new water heater and installation. Most other companies wanted to send a tech out, give an estimate, then return later to do the work. Tom requested pictures, which allowed the installer to bring needed materials and install in just one trip. Mario, the installer, was on time, personable, and got us back in hot water (pun intended) in no time. We would definitely use Sweetwater Plumbing again and highly recommend.

Called Sweetwater yesterday as I was having hot water issues and they were able to send a plumber out right away! By the afternoon I had hot water! Highly recommend! Great Customer Service and extremely affordable.
