Dan and his team did an excellent job on my new home remodel. This included: popcorn and crown molding removal, repainting all walls and trim, new floors and baseboards, new decorative wood beams in the ceiling, fully remodeled kitchen, as well as partially remodeled bathrooms, and a new timber staircase to my newly tiled back porch. He used best materials and many times suggested great design ideas, while being cost effective and staying within my budget. I felt communication was good and I felt safe leaving the team to get on with their work in my home. The finished result, while taking a bit longer, did exceed my expectations. I am very happy with the results and am enjoying the aesthetic as well as practical improvements in my new home.

I found Dan and Peak Renovations here on thumbtack out of all the contractors that I called he was the most thorough, he FaceTimed me and even told me no on things that I wanted for my home because it wasn’t feasible where other contractors yes’d to me to death.. He was honest and that to me was a telltail sign of a good dude.. We bought a home in Waynesville, North Carolina in March 2024 it needed to be fully gutted, new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, all new windows and doors, electrical, closets, a pergola and even painted the inside and outside of our house and our deck.

We are remote owners of a property in Western NC. Dan very quickly went from a contractor to become our trusted partner in our real estate journey. As a. remote owner, we had to be super selective in choosing a partner we could trust. Right from the beginning the clarity, transparency, and professionalism we observed in his interactions allowed our mutual trust to grow very quickly. He delivered what he said and our confidence very quickly knew no bounds. He guided us with making good long term choices for our house like choosing He sent us regular updates and pictures as work progressed. We never once were left in doubt as to how the work is progressing. Unprompted he would come up with ideas to better the project and we loved that innovative thinking.
