FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly consultations start at $150/hour. Purchase a package of hours and receive a discount. For every 1 hour of face-to-face time, I also work 1 hour behind the scenes, so you're getting 2 hours for the price of 1. Authentic Marketing Maps start at $3500/quarter and include detailed weekly breakdowns of your marketing plan, done-for-you campaigns, and bi-weekly phone calls/support meetings. Writing packages start at $400/month with a minimum $1000 initial investment. We can write almost anything depending on your needs (blog posts, newsletters, email funnels, website copy, product descriptions, white papers, manuals, bylline articles, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first do a free consult to make sure we're a good fit for each other and I can identify exactly what the customer needs. I then submit a proposal and/or short contract, the customer pays a deposit, and we schedule out the work to be done. Within 2 weeks, my client is underway with a marketing plan that uniquely fits them. Types of work include: Sales funnel development, social media campaign development, live and virtual launch planning, identifying new target markets, content development for new or rebranded websites, SEO tweaks to improve search engine rankings, press and media outreach, etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with both B2B and B2C businesses, as well as clients of all sizes, from venture-backed startups to mom-and-pop local businesses to corporate. Former clients include Nissan, Strong Project, Vertex Innovations, Wine Trail Adventures, NY Times bestselling authors, and some of the top social and media influencers in the U.S. I'm currently seeking to represent more clients in the following sectors: breweries, wineries, sustainable clothing designers, boutiques that offer a unique customer experience, skincare and beauty, books & publishing, and practical innovations in solar/hydro/alternative forms of energy as well as products that impact the world at large and could be accessible at the consumer level.
