We specialize in residential pressure washing, interior & exterior painting, as well as drywall installation & repair, but also do some commercial work as well. On any painting project, whether interior or exterior, we do extensive prep work to provide as clean and error free surface as possible. We believe the prep is the most important aspect of the job. On exterior work, we normally pressure clean the surface prior to painting, in addition to normal prep work. You can't paint over a dirty wall and expect great results. As the old cliche' says, there really are no jobs too big, or too small, and all of our projects get the utmost attention and professionalism. Attention to detail is very important to us, and is what we strive to achieve on every project.

The house looks like a completely different house after Dennis was done with the power washing. Reasonable rate, nice guy, wouldn't hesitate using his services again.

Last year, Dennis completed a series of jobs for me including pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and painting. His attention to detail is really remarkable and I will call on him again for any other work that comes up.

Mr. Garner was very professional and did an amazing job pressure washing my house, cleaning the gutters and pressure washing my driveway and walkways. He was punctual when giving me an estimate and when showing up for the job. I really appreciate his professionalism. Also, he underbid several other estimates that I had received; his fees are very reasonable. He is a hard worker and particular about his work. My house and driveway are spotless! He did an excellent job and I plan on hiring him again.

Initially contracted Mr. Garner in regard to getting an estimate on pressure washing my house and extensive concrete patio and wooden structures outdoors, to include a grotto waterfall and 40 by 60 concrete driveway. Dennis responded quickly & came out to my home within 2 days followed by providing an estimate that evening. Of the three estimates received his was the most thorough and reasonable and so I hired him to do the work, scheduling it for October 10 &11, 2016. I particularly appreciated the fact that he had a surface cleaner for my driveway which proved to be most helpful in removing stains and tire marks which had accumulated since installation in 2013. Dennis estimated that the job would take 2 days and require two men to complete and that is exactly how it was done. In addition to the work for which he was hired I added a few additional projects which he readily accepted, to include cleaning gutters and replacing several gutter guards, testing and disconnecting a motion flood light which was no longer working properly, rerouting, replacing and adding additional sprinkler heads in several garden beds and realigning & securing a few loose boards on my decking. He also discovered a problem with my hose and hose reel and readjusted it so that that it now freely moves without restriction. Dennis and his associate showed up when they said they would, worked diligently over the two days, shopped for needed materials, cleaned up after themselves both days and worked to ensure that I was fully satisfied with the job they had done before leaving. I could not be happier or more satisfied with my decision to hire Dennis and in fact we have already agreed that he will return soon in order to install a new basement door. To that end he provided medetailed measurements as to ordering the door and also provided a recommendation for that particular type of door that would best suit my needs and preferences. We have also discussed having him return in the spring of 2017 in order to paint a wraparound fence and replace boards as needed. I found both Dennis and his associate Tony to be very congenial, willing to assist with whatever was necessary, thorough and knowledgeable in answering any questions I had about my home and future projects. In a world where it is sometimes difficult to find a trustworthy reliable handyman I feel that I have hit the jackpot in finding Garner's Home Improvements and I would recommend them without reservation. A very satisfied customer!!
