MM Tile is hands down the best tile contractor in Asheville, NC if you want high-end results, no corners cut, and a team that truly takes pride in their work. Marian’s attention to detail is beyond words, and the work far exceeded my expectations.
After water damage from Hurricane Helene, this was my first remodel. I was nervous, but Marian and his team were incredibly kind, respectful, and had amazing communication from start to finish. I love keeping things in writing, and they were more than willing to answer all of my questions through email. We exchanged links, photos, and details so that by the time they arrived, I already had all of my high-end materials ready, helping to prevent future water damage and achieve the cyber-modern bathroom I envisioned.
What impressed me most was their respect, organization, and care for my home: they laid down protective materials to keep my floors safe, organized their tools and work area daily, cleaned up every single day, even organized the garbage outside (a small thing, but it says a lot about pride in work), and always said goodbye when leaving...something surprisingly rare with contractors
I’ve worked with many contractors over the past year, and MM Tile is in a different league. They truly cared about my needs and ideas while offering expert recommendations. For example: they supported my decision to replace all fiberglass insulation with Rockwool for better water resistance, agreed to run GoBoard all the way to the ceiling for extra peace of mind, they’re experts in Schluter systems, Ditra, Kerdi, and waterproofing...no skipped steps
Marian even went out of his way to bring back a special shiny sealant for my porcelain tile that made it pop beautifully. They suggested black high-gloss granite sills for my triple niche, which look incredible and will last longer
MM Tile is not who you hire for a quick, cheap job. They’re who you hire for top-quality, long-lasting results. Their labor pricing was very fair. And with MM Tile, you can ask questions without feeling like a bother...they actually welcome communication. They even installed a new solid bathroom door for me during the project, which was a perfect addition for privacy and replacing my damaged hollow door.

We had a great experience with MM Tile for our kitchen backsplash install! They were communicative throughout the whole process, flexible with scheduling, and did a great job on the project. Mike was clearly experienced in tiling and very precise. I would definitely recommend them for your tile project!
