- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts based on quantity needed. The discount is solely for equipment purchased. We would be happy to discuss the details with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us a little bit about your security camera needs and one of our professional techs will come out to your site for a complimentary site survey. Following your site survey, you'll receive a comprehensive quote including our equipment recommendations and custom installation services. Our systems are backed up with our three year warranty and free tech support for the life of the product. Installation includes all cables, brackets, mounting hardware, and materials, a 1 year warranty on the installation work, training on the NVR software, and remote viewing set up on up to two phones or tablets and one computer (assuming your ISP can support remote viewing).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
SCW Security has a licensed electrician on staff. Our technician also completed the Burglar and Alarm License test with the states of North Carolina. The tech support staff all have networking and product knowledge through our in house training program.
