- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At PlumbSmart Technologies we are happy to work with you on your plumbing needs. We have a fee to come out on service calls, but the fee is waived if any work is completed. (Will charge cost of work, NOT cost of work + service fee). Our pricing will not be the lowest as there is always someone lower but you can rest assured that you will receive quality work for a fair price when compared to others. We have been here a long time and we want each person to feel that they were treated honestly and fairly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When beginning a new relationship with a customer at PlumbSmart Technologies, we have a standard process. After introductions with the office staff, we'll enter you into our system to get you onto our schedule, then get one of our technicians out to you in the time slot we have agreed on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When calling PlumbSmart Technologies, you can rest assured that we have top quality technicians with many years of experience - some 20-30 years plus. We also provide ongoing training with water heaters, tankless systems, gas systems, boilers, Apprenticeship training, certifications and much more. We invest in our employees so they will provide you with the best possible advice and service.
