- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based upon time involved in a project. Through experience, we have learned there are many "free lance" developers and companies that will provide ridiculously low price points on web offerings. Our pricing and quotes may appear to be towards the middle to upper tier pricing to the competition. However, more than half of our clients (we have served over 300 clients) are generated from failed situations from other "free lancers" and companies promises that never met the client's criteria or vision. If you can take a minute just to call us, we will provide a FREE consultation, formalize a proposal providing accurate, honest pricing, scope, time-frame to meet and surpass your web goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with providing a research and discovery phase with the client. This ensures all of the client's criteria, website needs, functions, etc. are fully communicated and championed. Next we provide high fidelity mock-ups (proofs) of the website. Once we meet the client's vision on the site design, we gather content, images, videos, (anything needed on the site). Then we build the site with desired layout and content. Once we have approval, then its blast off! We launch the new website. After the website is launched, we provide website training so our clients can fully manage their website on their own. Our sites are very simple to maintain; no coding required!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Founder, Nathan is an Asheville native and has been involved in digital media projects for over 10 years. He prides himself on developing stand out solutions for a variety of businesses and their relevant needs. Since Nathan founded Greenstone Media, the company has grown to be the premiere custom mobile application company in the Asheville area, seeing consistent growth since it’s inception. Nathan’s business background includes leading various design and development strategies in different industries, including eCommerce and cutting edge technologies such as drone aerial media and mobile application development. He has an acute sense for recognizing opportunities for his clients and delivering stand-out solutions that catalyze growth and engagement. Nathan attended and graduated from University North Carolina at Asheville for Multimedia and Interactive Design.
