Clayton provided in home guitarlessons. He was punctual for each lesson but also flexible to accommodate my schedule. He had a clear plan for each lesson. Anyone wanting to learn the guitar would benefit from his instruction.

Clayton has been fabulous so far, teaches the basics and makes sure you don’t make bad habits early on. Enjoyed my first lesson with him and have another one scheduled. I have no musical background and I know after the first lesson that Clayton will be able to get me playing songs in no time.

I hired Clayton for guitarlessons (for adults) and have not been disappointed in the slightest. He was and is very quick to respond to inquiries and was the most qualified for the best price of anyone I found.
We've since had our first lesson, and it went great. He was fantastic at pushing the pace of learning at just the right speed. He even brought a stand and book along with him because I had neither! Looking forward to our next lesson.

I've hired Clayton to give guitarlessons to my husband as a gift based on the good reviews. We have had him three times and so far so good! Clayton is patient and passionate, and also flexible around schedules and very professional. I can only recommend him.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $30 per hour ($25 for 45 min). If the student is out of my travel range, the rate varies on distance. I prefer to teach at the student's homes where they are most comfortable, so extra travel is not a problem, but they can come to me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I evaluate them based on experience. If it's a beginner, start with a fun and easy book, with simple techniques and exercises. I teach with no time tables in a fun, low-pressure environment. I teach at the student's pace because each student is different and learns at different speeds. I am flexible and love to incorporate student's personal musical interests and goals into the lessons.
