Sean Wheeler is an honest man. That is most important to me, when hiring anyone for service or repair work. I have worked in and around the trades my entire life, and I appreciate knowledge and quality. S&W has both. He quoted a price, he stood by the price ( no extra charges) He did what he could to repair and troubleshoot my old furnace. He made two visits to my house. The first to asess the problem, and the second to replace a part.When he replaced the part that was faulty and saw it wasn't the right fix, he returned that part to his supplier and only charged me for the first visit. No extra charges? ( very rare these days)Very fair on mark up of parts. I need to replace the furnace, and I look fwd to working with him again. I also look fwd to writing another review, after...and maybe giving him 5 stars. Thanks Mr. Wheeler

My gas heating system was on sometime, cannot stay on, Seam Wheeler came out Sunday night with extra $40 emergency charge, told us control board, pressure switch need to be replaced, my unit is 6 years old, I logically thinking those parts cannot be bad or be bad at the same time, Monday morning he gave me the price of $450 total after $25 discount.
I called the AC guy I normally use in the morning, I told him what is the symptom and he told me that did not sound like big problem, he came out late afternoon after other jobs and found out control board, pressure switch are good, it is just the condensed water in the pipe needs to be guided out by adjusting the pipe, my AC guy charged me $160 total period!
