Great company... i used them for my wedding 2yrs ago and forgot to review. But definitly would use them again for any of my events and I highly recommend them to others.

Choosing a caterer was a big decision for us, and our timeline was short. An Affair to Remember came through in a big way and we were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of their service. We went with nearly all of of their menu suggestions and the food was fantastic, the service was impeccable. They handled our 150 guest and rustic farmhouse wedding venue with style and grace. Carmen was amazing. She was extremely sweet very responsive and also caring. She made sure I had no issue pertaining to my special day. She wanted everything to run just as smooth as I did. I didn’t stress one bit on my wedding day because of her. Everything was perfect I can’t thank you enough for the outcome of the catering service and set up. If there is anyone you want to caterer for an event I wouldn’t recommend anyone better than Carmen herself. She was just truly amazing !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are determined on a client by client basis. It depends on how much and how many services I provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial contact with a client is usually by text or email. Then we schedule a call when we can talk without distractions. We set-up the first of many meetings about food, decor and/or floral. I have clients that I meet with 10 or 15 times and some that I meet for the first time on the wedding day!! It's just about what the bride, groom or couple wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend all the bridal shows I can and read all the latest magazines. There is a trade show (food and wine) that I attend almost every year. I am Safe-Serv certified and myself and bartenders are certified as well. I have 45 years experience in the kitchen and actually made my first biscuits from scratch in my great-grandmother's kitchen at the age of 4!!! I don't just make "fancy" food, I make great food!
