- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing isn't complicated...quite simply, it's based on your unique individual needs. I create a quote based on what you want and need and include nothing that you don't.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to sit down with my customers and discuss their event so I can get an idea of what their vision is as well as what they will need from me. I use this information to give them a custom quote for their event so that they are not paying for services.that they don't need. My customers always have access to me through my personal phone and email so they are free to contact me with any questions or concerns that they have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently became ABC certified to bartend and now have my own bartenders and waitstaff!
