Instead of treating the group as a whole, Regina is always caring about everyone's different needs, very helpful to everyone as your personal teacher. She also spend time to set up a awesome/relax atmosphere before each class. I really had fun in her class!

I had the privilege of taking Regina’s yoga classes. I loved it. Her teaching transformed my yoga practice from just trying to mimic what the teacher was doing to understanding the right way of doing it. By doing it the right way I can now do the poses that I thought I could never do it. By doing it the right way injuries can be prevented. She always corrected each individual’s poses to make sure that everyone was doing it right. She used many different props, which helps to “bring the floor to you if you cannot reach it” and get the full benefit of the poses. I thought that was brilliant. Regina’s yoga classes were fun and full of positive energy. I strongly recommend everyone, no matter what level you are at, to take Regina’s yoga classes.

I really was not into Yoga at all, but went to a class on insistence from a good friend. I had a baby 3 months earlier & my body was soar all the time. So I thought why not try it as I had nothing to loose. Regina made the class so fun & always stressed on listening to your body as I am not that flexible. After just one class I felt a difference in my body. I always looked forward for her class & I really loved her adjustments into a pose. She was so full of energy & positive attitude that made me feel the same. We always used props to help us with the pose. At the beginning of the class she would always listen to what we wanted to achieve in the class and made us concentrate on those poses that helped us. I always thought Yoga was boring but Regina made it really fun, positive, relaxing and energetic. I couldn’t have asked more than that. Thanks Regina!

There are many compliments I would like to mentions about Regina. Regina approaches each individual based on his or her needs; the techniques she applies account for each individuals skills, level of expertise, and this makes her classes very effective and enjoyable. The most interesting approach is using the props; the use of props prevented me from injuring and stressing my body. Her breathing and stress release techniques are awesome. Every day I was looking forward to the next class, and I really enjoyed every single session.

I practiced yoga with Regina as part of a small group (2-4 people). She was always attentive to the individual needs of the class and assisted us with modifying poses as needed based on physical limitations and flexibility. She strongly emphasizes using props such as bolsters, blocks and straps to help support or modify a pose. Regina is a fun, uplifting person and I always came away from yoga class with a better state of mind.
