Brentwood completed two separate jobs for us. He completed a full installation of our main floor. He also took over mid job after we parted ways with another flooring “professional” on a major subfloor issue with our upstairs. Brentwood and his partners completed what a few others couldn’t fulfill. Brentwood’s communication is fantastic and will be our go-to in the future for our flooring needs.

Brentwood did an amazing job with our floors. He was quick to respond, flexible to work with, and overall extremely professional. Furniture was moved with care, and whenever something unexpected came up during the project, he didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to keep the project on track and make sure things were done correctly. We are very happy with Brentwood, and our new flooring! We expect them to last a very long time.

Meet with the customer. Discuss scope of work. Work with customer to find the products they're looking for. Provide samples. Develop a timeline and estimate. Write up contract and schedule. After work is completed, walk through with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
