The job was removing two mattress sets (mattress + box springs) from my home. On the positive side, Mr. James was committed to getting everything in the truck and hauled away. He was also very friendly and courteous. However, he was not prepared for the job. He did not seem aware of the items to be picked up and certainly was unaware that two people would be needed to load the items. His pickup truck was too small and he had no effective materials to secure the items in the truck. Luckily, I had some old furniture parts we were able to use. Without those, there is no way he could have safely hauled away the items. If junk hauling is going to be offered for pay, there need to be many improvements in their preparation process.
