I was unsatisfied with the services provided by Isabelle and felt that we had trouble communicating. I did not feel that I received a good value in interior design services for the money paid. It is unfortunate Eve B. that you cannot even state your name on this review. Remaining anonymous is yet another way you display your lack of integrity and yes 'troubled communications' when in fact, I had to take you to court for non-payment, after being released from the work I had practically completed prior to you going on your month long vacation. You are hopefully the only sort of client I will ever have to deal with. Having to take someone to court for non- payment and being vindicated was well worth all my efforts and trouble.
Isabelle is a very focussed, high energy and very personable interior designer that puts her all into providing you with whatever it is you are attempting to achieve. I just remodeled my townhome from the bottom up, and she helped me to do a terrific job! Moreover, she managed to repaint, replace the carpet and replace the a large amount of the furniture all in the week I was on vacation. That was really amazing. I expected to have this going on for weeks, but she finished the whole process really quickly. I am very happy with the results and give her my highest recommendations.Aug 5, 2017Verified

Isabelle has been great to work with. She jumps right in and makes sure the project stays on track. She has wonderful design instincts and is able to take our sometimes vague ideas and transform our condo into a comfortable home. She is a very hard worker and doesn't stop until she has addressed every area of the project. She is totally professional and has responded to every question and quirky idea we have. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?DESIGN: My Design fee is either hourly ($125.00 per hour with a complimentary 1hr. consultation or we agree on a 'job price' depending on the size of the project. I do pass on my 'Designer Trade Program' discounts. These may range from 10% to 20%. STAGING: We have packages for every situation from the ''Do It Yourself- Walk and Talk Consult'' includes a 26 page work book which we work through during the 2 hour consultation. This is a basic $275.00 package. 1/2 Day Staging $450.00 to hourly Interior design rates. Full Day- $950.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We usually have a phone conversation or in home initial complimentary consultation followed by collaborating on a vision board created on Pinterest. From there, I develop and design a concept and bring in textile/flooring, furnishings samples or what not, and layout the design in 3 D. I send more photos from online shopping once the 'look' is determined...completing this to installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 20 + years of experience starting with a career in real estate where I purchased homes to renovate and resale to becoming an HSR certified home stager years later to recently moving away from staging to strictly designing and updating for my existing and new clients.
