We offer the following services: * Kitchen - Clean and scrub all sinks, tables, appliances, and countertops - Sanitize all surfaces - Clean microwave inside and out as well as the exterior of the refrigerator and dishwasher - Wash backsplashes, floor, and range top * Bathroom(s) - Clean and scrub all countertops, surface areas, toilets, and tubs - Sanitize all surfaces - Clean mirrors and polish any chrome surfaces - Wash floor, tiles, and vanities *Entire Home - Dust all surfaces, appliances, knick knacks, etc. - Remove cobwebs from ceilings and other surfaces - Wash floors and vacuum carpeted surfaces - Remove garbage *After-Construction Clean Up - Clean the fireplaces - Clean up your woodwork - Clean the bathroom surfaces: tubs, sinks, tiles, etc. - Clean up the appliances - Wash the windows - All basic cleaning * Move-In and Move-Out Services * Deep Cleaning and Spring Cleaning You might need to make your home sparkle in other areas. Washed 1 dish 1 pan 1 bowl and it was greasy. Kitchen floor and both bathroom floors wee sticky. Swept living room and 1 bedroom floor. Have a 2 bedroom apt. Could not notice anyone had done anything in the apartment. Was most certainly a Big waste of money and she was actually hired as a Mother's Day gift and I the other felt as if my daughter actually wasted what ever price she paid for this poor service. I would never refer her services to Anyone!!!!! The ( First) thing I asked the young lady was" Do you like cleaning". Her reply was no and you can tell by her services this is not the line of work she should be in. If there are any questions please feel free to call me at )910) 209-0668. I also have pictures that I sent to my daughter showing how she actually left my apartment and actually charged for services not rendered!!!!!!

Went to clean this apartment and was in total shock. This was more of a maze trying to clean. I have never seen living conditions this bad. Cigarette ashes every where, grease did cover everything but was so heavy in grease it made it absolutely impossible to due anything. Need a pressure washer to the kitchen. I washed only what was in the sink so not sure what other dishes they were referring to. I would have never told this women I do not like cleaning. This was an absolute horrible experience and thank god I didn't get called back. When I left the apartment know one was even there to lock up so I locked the door and moved on. I will make sure next time I meet face to face with clients before I take on a project.

Holy cow! Brittany did an excellent job cleaning my home. I did not want to use anything because it looked so great!! All rooms, cabinets, floors and appliances looked great! I will definitely use again.

Brittany and Nicole were outstanding in every way! They showed up on time and listened to the way I liked things done. They did exactly as I asked. They worked hard, not stopping to talk on the phone at all (I've had real problems with that, and you can't clean with one hand!) They worked quickly and thoroughly. My house is not large, but they spent a good two hours here making sure everything was just right. I'm so glad I found Brittany on this site, and can't wait for her regular visits. When she left, I loved my home again!!! Thank you!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If Hired-Pricing will be discussed at home site after walk thru/needs that need to be meet. Each home is different and prices will differ. Once price is determined is will be set- Pricing could fluctuate because of the following: 1. Need more cleaning done (add bedrooms/bath, deep cleaning etc.) 2. Lessen cleaning work (remove unused bedrooms etc.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. contact to set up in-home meeting. This allows me to see home, meet homeowner, go over home cleaning process, give quote 2. Once agreed on cleaning quote- will be placed into schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
started residential and commercial cleaning in 2007 Studied college medical Had 3 babies and now cleaning again to accommodate my children's needs and still have family time
