My backflow had multiple cracks in it. Cole was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote. Came out within a day or 2 (around my schedule) to give me a quote on the spot. The work was completed ahead of schedule and everything is working great!!! He checked out all the zones, reset my system to maximize results. Would highly recommend his company!

Just bought a new house with lawn sprinklers. Could not get it to work. Cole came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, obviously knew the system even though it was his first trip here. He had it up and working in 30 minutes, fully checked out, and reprogrammed. His got my business from now on!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system varies by the job. We take time out of our busy schedule to have a one on one meeting with the client. Before I leave the meeting you will understand exactly what you will be getting and if a price is not given on the spot a quote will be sent out within a few days specific to your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in the process is to reach out to the customer via email or phone. I will then set up a meeting with the client to visit their property to understand exactly what they desire. I will then either give them a price on the spot or email them a quote within a few days. Upon approval for the work to be completed I will visit to site again to complete the work discussed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Turf Management, Landscape Technologies, and Business Management degrees from NC State University.
