I am very hands-on and only work with some of the best. I draw from years of experience handling projects across the industry. I come a varied background of laboring on construction crews through high school, attending college to receive my Bachelor & Master's in Construction Management. 12 years later and 130+ projects under my belt with values up to $240million, working in all sectors (public, private, and international). JC & his workers did a great job on our fence. They worked out solution for one of gate locations. Our property is on an incline. He explained how they would have to install fence because of that. I would hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fairly simply and 98% of the time I breakdown my price into labor, materials, equipment, and overhead & profit. So you can see where the numbers come from and where the costs are contained.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working to attain my PMP (Project Management Certification) which requires 35hrs of continuing education each year. Also I try to attend at least 2-3 seminars or trade show type forums each year. I am a Certified Construction Quality Manager and take an extensive amount of sidebar training in the field of Quality Control.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took a summer job building houses in high school and always enjoyed building things in my grandparents basement, paying with Tonka trucks, and trying to determine how something is made.
