Introduction: I review and analyze AutoCAD/Revit plans for accurate measuring of floor covering and wall component layouts and installation of various types of hardwood flooring, carpet and ceiling soffit products. I also combined coloring with engineered cement for floor finish and sub-floor slabs in commercial and residential building projects. I prepare wood and metal doors for hardware installation and installation of electronic RT and MT card reading door locks. I install wood and vinyl base molding. I handle on-the-job-site logistics in regards to the ordering and delivery of necessary materials needed to start and complete construction jobs. I provide supervision and maintained accounting payroll. I manage multiple construction projects while consistently meeting strict time constraints on all scope of work.
