Kory & Jaime (I think was the correct 2nd name if not forgive me, not intentional). The Duo was very punctual, professional, arrived masked & ready to work. They were fair in the assessment & left options of how to proceed to me. This didn’t turn out to be a major job but Royal Flush earned a future customer in the event I do have a plumbing issue.

So nice to have them help me with a project that seemed to go on forever, but never be correctly finished. Great work and took detailed pictures of every step to explain what they had done. I inquired about a dripping faucet repair and Royal Flush was able to offer guidance about how to get a free replacement part from the manufacturer so I wouldn’t have to pay for both parts and service.
