Joseph is the owner who provided hands on experience and was very involved. After the initial estimate and planning, he met me at the Floor and Decor store near my home to help me select tiles. Everything from the shower walls & floor to the bathroom floor is porcelain tile. The cost was figured into the estimate. He picked up the tile order for me and returned the extras at the end of the job for a refund to my credit card. He was at the job site and provided almost daily updates. It took about 3 days for the estimate. He finishes one project before beginning the next, so it was about 3 weeks before we started. The price for both bathrooms was midrange but the quality was top notch. He did exactly as I asked and if I had any issues he corrected them at once. He also has good taste in design to provide niceties like niches that incorporated the mosaic tile from the shower floor. He was very patient with my condo HOA, who were extremely inflexible and unhelpful. His plumber did an excellent job making sure all the plumbing had new shutoff valves and access panels for the plumbing behind the tiles. This should prevent having to deal with the "once a month " water shutoff allowed by the HOA for future plumbing repairs or remodeling. He also included soundproofing for the floors that the HOA required. A picture is worth a thousand words, so here are the before and after RTP PRO Contracting helped me out.

Joseph and his team from RTP PRO Contracting did such an amazing job remodeling our 1930s bathroom! The transformation was truly remarkable, especially considering the old yellow and burgundy tile that was replaced. The fact that RTP PRO Contracting was competitively priced and could start right away, finishing the project before our wedding day, was undoubtedly a huge relief. The added scope of turning the neighboring hall closet into a walk-in closet and removing an old AC wall unit was handled with professionalism and expertise. The exceptional quality of work and Joseph's ability to communicate and guide us through the project decisions are evident in the before and after photos. As with any home renovation, it's good advice to give yourself some extra time in case of unexpected delays. It's unfortunate that the shower doors were not in place before our wedding, but it's understandable that such projects can sometimes take longer than anticipated. The minor delays with the air conditioning unit removal, while inconvenient, didn't detract from our overall positive experience. We had a great experience with RTP PRO Contracting, we're thrilled with our new bathroom. We definitely plan on using RTP PRO Contracting for future projects as well!
