- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
How does my billing work? The most common and preferred method of payment is the EZ pay option. Your monthly monitoring service charge is automatically applied to your credit card or is an automatic deduction from your checking account. Your account will be automatically charged on the same day installation took place, or the closest business day. Your payment for the first months monitoring will be deducted within 7 days of installation. This allows us to get you connected to the monitoring center and local authorities.
