- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$10 per principal signature plus mileage at the current federal mileage rate. 2026 - $.725/mile
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will agree on location for the notarization to occur. This can be a residence, place of business or a local coffee shop, for example. Then I like to understand what kind of documents we are signing. I typically do not provide witnesses so the client must secure them if they are required. During our meeting, we will review the document(s), I will verify your ID and execute the notarization. Payment is expected upon completion.
