- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for a package of sessions all at one time, those sessions to be spread out over the coming weeks. 3X PER WEEK MONTH TO MONTH 60 Minutes $600 /mo ($50) for 12 Sessions /mo 2X PER WEEK MONTH TO MONTH 60 Minutes $400 /mo ($50) for 8 Sessions /mo 1X PER WEEK MONTH TO MONTH 60 Minutes $200 /mo ($50) for 4 Sessions /mo
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers first get a free consultation so I can get to know them and get some information about past exercise experience, nutrition and goals. After I understand what we're trying to accomplish, we identify potential obstacles and road blocks so we can work on making you a clear pathway forward. Then we do a brief workout so you can get a feeling for what its like to have me as a trainer and discuss designing a program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Personal Training by the American Council on Exercise, and I am certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED by the American Red Cross. I've been teaching martial arts and fitness for 8 years. I have a 4th Degree Black Belt in Karate, and a Brown Belt in Japanese Jiu Jitsu. I am also a blue belt in BJJ.
