Introduction: I began my fitness journey at 7 years old. I started taking Karate and I grew physically and mentally, learning discipline, self motivation, and how to dedicate myself towards my goals. These traits I instill into my clients through my programming. Over the years I've trained in a variety of martial arts: Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, and earned my 3rd Degree Black Belt in Karate. I began teaching in 2016, where I guided students of all backgrounds and ages to achieve their own goals building confidence, losing weight, and getting into better shape. Fast forward to 2020 I decided to become a certified personal trainer to learn how to better help my clients lose weight, and build strength while still teaching martial arts and self defense. I offer 1 on 1 private training for martial arts and for fitness, to help you reach your goals, build confidence, lose weight, tone and have fun learning at the same time.

Private Self Defense Lessons

I reached out to Connor a couple months ago about kickboxing because I was interested in learning something new, getting some cardio in, and for self-defense purposes and I’m so glad I did! We’ve been training 1-2 times a week since then we’ve made a ton of progress. He’s a great teacher, easy-going but also definitely pushes me to work hard and earn my successes. Also great to talk to and all around a super awesome person to work with and I’m excited to continue training with him!

    I charge for a package of sessions all at one time, those sessions to be spread out over the coming weeks. 3X PER WEEK MONTH TO MONTH 60 Minutes $600 /mo ($50) for 12 Sessions /mo 2X PER WEEK MONTH TO MONTH 60 Minutes $400 /mo ($50) for 8 Sessions /mo 1X PER WEEK MONTH TO MONTH 60 Minutes $200 /mo ($50) for 4 Sessions /mo

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    New customers first get a free consultation so I can get to know them and get some information about past exercise experience, nutrition and goals. After I understand what we're trying to accomplish, we identify potential obstacles and road blocks so we can work on making you a clear pathway forward. Then we do a brief workout so you can get a feeling for what its like to have me as a trainer and discuss designing a program.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified in Personal Training by the American Council on Exercise, and I am certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED by the American Red Cross. I've taught martial arts for 6 years. I have a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Karate, and a Brown Belt in Japanese Jiu Jitsu.
