What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Pricing for real estate photography and videography is based on the home's square footage, while 3D tours are individually quoted. Drone services are set at a fixed rate. Pricing details can be found on the "Let's Work" page of my website. New clients receive 15% off their first three shoots when booked by December 31, 2026. Travel within 50 miles is included; additional travel beyond that may incur a $15/hour travel fee, which will always be discussed and approved before booking.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting started is simple! You can book directly through my website or contact me by phone, email, or text to discuss your project. After learning about your needs, I'll provide a customized quote and schedule a convenient time for your shoot. Once the session is complete, your images are edited and delivered digitally within the agreed turnaround time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been fond of beautiful homes and spaces and fascinated by how photography can tell the story of a space. That interest inspired me to create Aw, Snap! Studios, where I focus on producing high-quality real estate and marketing photography that helps properties and remodeling projects make a lasting first impression.
