Hired ING to make some repairs to our deck and install a new railing that was more pet safe. Alessandra and her crew took the time to hear us out and meet all our needs. They were by far the most affordable quote we received. Very happy with the result and would definitely use them again!

Unfortunately, this company doesn’t do a good job. They also don’t care about the customers wants/needs or asks! I begged them to add a third step to my new deck, but they refused even though all other companies that gave me quotes had told me I indeed needed another step! Craftsmanship also very poor. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone! RUN while you can! Or you will waste a lot of money and be left unhappy and unsatisfied with a new headache to deal with. I added the step I wanted/needed myself! It looks great and I won’t fall off the edge anymore! But the other defects I can not personally fix!! When I reached out, they must have blocked my number because there has been no response to my 2 texts! (I’m not a nagger!). But they did take my money, no delays there!!! 😏🙄😤🤬
