Introduction: My work stands out from others because I have always had such a passion to help people feel good about themselves inside and out that when a client meets me they feel comfortable enough to talk about their life and goals. I have yet to find a client I did not touch in some way when our paths have crossed. Mental health and fitness health go hand and hand.

Deb has gotten me back on track! It was hard to talk to my children about making healthy choices and being more active when I wasn’t setting a great example. And they called me on it! I was tired, often felt stressed, had frequent back pain and didn’t like the way my clothes fit. I remembered how I felt when I was in better shape and wanted to feel that way again. I started out by taking an exercise class once a week at lunch time. With four kids I found that lunch is the easiest time for me to fit in exercise. Now I try to get in 45 minutes of “boot camp” 2 or 3 times a week at lunch and when I can on Saturday mornings. I joined One to One Fitness in April 2012. I have lost weight, dropped a clothing size, and I am a lot stronger. My chronic lower back pain is gone and I don’t get as stressed as I used to. I plan to keep working out so I can get stronger. I’ve come a long way and now really look forward to getting my exercise in! Deb keeps things exciting - no class is ever the same and she keeps me motivated!

One-2-one fitness is by far the best fitness center in the triangle! I've been in NC for 4 years now and I've belong to a number of fitness centers and none compare to one-2-one fitness. They are VERY affordable, great for everyone (beginners to advanced), and my favorite... They work great for my schedule! Their fitness bootcamp classes are a great full body workout. Both Allison and Deb push you in their own way. Every class is different so you never get bored of the work out!

As an older woman who had never been to a gym and who had only experienced walking as a form of exercise, Debbie has changed my life. I have developed muscles, stamina, balance, and a stronger core while working with Debbie. She knows what I need to work on, and adapts each exercise for me, to meet my specific needs. We work on all the muscle groups each session and I always feel better afterwards. Debbie knows just how much to push me in order to get the most benefit for my body. She cares about her clients and always has their best interests in mind.

One 2 One is a great place to work out. The trainers are fabulous and really care about their clients. The atmosphere is inviting and the clients and staff are genuine. No need to feel you have to impress people, come as you are, no judging. Get healthy while having fun!! The boot camps classes are are never boring and are quite varied in exercises.
