Carolyn Hickey came in and offered more than just their flooring expertise, which is vast. It was a full design session. I appreciated her expertise in leading me down the right design decisions for the complete look of my home. We are starting the process of designing my kitchen and bathroom for a more cohesive look with the flooring to accomplish our aesthetic. Very professional, timely, and their team of installers are fantastic. I couldnt recommend all their services more. If you want a full professional experience, call Carolyn.

Jason and every member of his team were incredible, total pros: on-time, respectful, explained everything they were doing, listened patiently to my many questions, and did the kind of meticulous, precise, detail-oriented work that both presaged the overall quality and craftspersonship of the job AND the pride the team takes in its work. And all that within the budget we agreed on. 100% recommend. The bathroom had a few decades on it, and the job ended up involving more work than we'd expected. In every instance, someone would call to let me know what was up, we'd meet to talk options, and then the work happened within a couple days (often same day).I never felt pressured to go with the high-cost option; several times, Jason or his team would suggest options that maintained quality and kept costs down and--all honesty--Jason was actually the one to talk me down from over-spending on some silly ideas I'd had.Several colors, textures and materials came together seamlessly and beautifully--every inch of the space is different and way better.

We had a fantastic experience. After submitting a consultation request online, Carolyn contacted us and came to the house at a time that worked for us (young kids at home = no time to shop endlessly). She had a great selection of carpet options and we were able to see how they were in each rooms ambient light. Install was promptly scheduled and completed quickly. The finished product absolutely met our high expectations! Highly recommended.

10/10!! I had a listing in need of a flooring update. Jason was able to come out the same week I called, gave me different options for my clients. The new carpet and bathroom flooring was installed the following weekend!! They cleaned up after themselves and were great to work with!
