Carolyn Hickey came in and offered more than just their flooring expertise, which is vast. It was a full design session. I appreciated her expertise in leading me down the right design decisions for the complete look of my home. We are starting the process of designing my kitchen and bathroom for a more cohesive look with the flooring to accomplish our aesthetic. Very professional, timely, and their team of installers are fantastic. I couldnt recommend all their services more. If you want a full professional experience, call Carolyn.

PERFECT! We love, love, love our new floors. We recently bought our home and needed to update most of the flooring throughout the house. We replaced all carpet upstairs, resurfaced and stained hardwood floors on the main level, and installed luxury vinyl plank in the basement. The quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Jason Clark truly cares about his customers and genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction with look, feel, quality, and experience. He is also a military veteran and it shows in his precision. Its been more than 60 days since the installation week and we have not seen even the slightest error nor any problem whatsoever. Highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best overall experience with a carpet/floor company! The sales team made an appointment within a few days, came out with samples, gave honest opinion of old floors and what we should use on new floors. They installed in one day! The new carpet we purchased for our commercial space is gorgeous and top quality. Jason was wonderful to work with. This company gives back generously to our Chapel Hill and surrounding communities.

    We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only use high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
