Tactical Kung Fu and MMA

Introduction: We are a self-defense focused school. Unlike many schools who claim to teach self-defense, however, we pressure-test everything we teach, so we know it works. We back up our claims with our fighters, who apply our knowledge in MMA matches, which is the mostly realistic form of pressure testing possible. Teaching and imparting knowledge of Kajukenbo and self-defense to others is the greatest part of my job.
