Introduction: I have straddled being a creative in the arts and business entrepreneur most of my life. I went to school for acting, learning early on that self-preservation and overall success was contingent on my ability to earn a living while pursuing what I loved. I quickly acquired a skill set to keep me employed and employable along with the necessary self-promotion to be competitive in a number of different markets for work. Having been a jack of all trades, I operate a national consulting service providing research, promotion, strategy, career counsel, resume creation, writing content, event planning public relations and life coaching to businesses and direct to end users. What I bring to the table is being able to help define what competencies​ may best serve your needs and provide you with the resources (either personally or by referral) to fulfill them. I enjoy being able to take my experiences and use it to help others to navigate the complex world we live in. There are so many choices it becomes almost another problem because if you don't know what category your particular plight, problem, mission or whatever it is that you are seeking to achieve a goal or relieve a pressure, you get stuck not even knowing where to search for a solution. Sometimes it's simple -- you need a resume, or a life coach or someone to drive your daughter to school. Sometimes it's not so simple, your husband has a type of cancer and you're not sure how to judge whether he's getting the best care. Or you are grappling between Obamacare and Medicare. Perhaps your parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and you want to do something special, something out of the box, but you don't know what and you don't know where to start because no one lists prices and you're not sure where your budget permits you to look. I like being able to play different roles, which all circles back to my early acting training.
