- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on market studies in the markets that we serve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our call center carefully listens to our customers and enters their project needs into the system based on the services that we offer. Customer Representative’s then schedule the appointment and collect the dispatch fee. Technicians then call the customer 45 minutes before arrival. Once on site technicians then access the situation and validate the phone estimate, making any adjustments for the final price to be charged for the work. Technicians wear mask and foot coverings, and clean up after their work. Lastly, technician collect payment with a Square Card Reader, online payment, or personal check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner and technicians have been trained on the job and formally at the community college and the universities. We also took the Tesla installation training to become a Tesla partner and help electrify America. We believe in continuous learning.
