- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Things are kept super simple. We offer flat-rate monthly pricing based on the level of support YOU need. No surprise fees, setup costs, or hidden charges. There are three clear tiers, and you’ll always know what’s included. We don’t lock clients into long-term contracts either just honest work, month-to-month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a short intake form to get a quick snapshot of your business and goals. From there, your answers are reviewed and you will receive a clear proposal with your pricing tier and what’s included. Once accepted, we'll need access to your bookkeeping system, and we’ll ease into cleanup or ongoing support from there. Our goal is to make it smooth, not stressful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings together real-world experience in small business and corporate accounting, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and messy catch-up work. We’re certified in QuickBooks Online, and continuously sharpen our skills through hands-on work, ongoing education, and formal credentials including Enrolled Agent exam prep. We combine technical know-how with a people-first approach that makes clients feel supported, not judged.
