My pricing is transparent and based on the size and complexity of your business — not hourly guesswork. Most clients are on a flat monthly rate, so you always know what to expect. There are no long-term contracts, no surprise fees, and you can cancel anytime. I’ll always review your books first and give you a clear quote before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free 15-minute call to understand your business and where things stand. If we’re a good fit, I’ll review your current books, outline exactly what needs to be done, and send a clear proposal. Once you’re onboarded, I handle setup, cleanup (if needed), and monthly bookkeeping — with regular communication so you always know what’s happening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in financial operations and bookkeeping for service-based businesses. I’m QuickBooks-focused and work regularly with tools like Gusto, ADP, ServiceTitan, Jobber, and other platforms commonly used by contractors, agencies, and insurance professionals.
