What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our main goal is to offer expertise at a price that startup businesses and entrepreneurs can afford. To do this we offer competitive prices and are flexible with our clients when it comes to pricing. We do offer discounts when asked to perform multiple or reoccurring services for a client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have our clients fill out a new client form. This gives us more information about the client and details the services that need to be performed. After receiving the client form, we will set up a free consultation to go over the services we can offer and pricing.
