I had Dean from Charlotte Affordable Plumber replace a faulty saddle valve for me. He was very informative and walked me through the entire process. He was flexible with his availability and got the work quickly and efficiently. He also gave me some additional information on ways to prevent leaking plumbing in the future and tested some other plumbing around the house free of charge. I would definitely use Charlotte Affordable Plumber again for their quality and value.
