- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We will do a phone evaluation first to see if my training philosophy is right for you and your fitness goals. - Discover individual goals and determine the length of time training will be underway. - Find one's motivation... (most challenging task) - Get to understand the client and his/her goals to know how far I can push this individual. - Begin a session, and taking another step closer to becoming the person you want to be!
