- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work by the hour typically but can work from a fixed budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically it is through a phone conversation or email. I like to find out the customers needs and end goal for the concept. After that we discuss the next steps on getting to the end result that is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BFA in Industial Design from RIT. I am also trained in SolidWorks CAD design.
