Octavin was extremely professional and personable. He arrived on time and was very honest. While doing maintenance on my condenser to inspect what could be going on with my system he found an issue and came to talk to me about it, then after double checking his own work the issue basically fixed itself and he came to tell me with extreme surprise. He didn’t do the work anyway even though it would make more money, he didn’t cheat me, he came inside to tell me. This honesty is why I will request him and contact Assured Quality any time I need HVAC work done.
